CANCELLATION POLICY
a 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. cancellations made within 24 hours must be completed by phone call; leaving a voicemail is acceptable. late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be charged up to 75% of the scheduled service. repeated policy violations may result in refusal of future bookings.
